Returns and Exchange Policy
Cancellation of Order Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)
The Customer has the right to cancel the order or the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to Sun Box at the email address or contacts by phone at +30 2221 041733. Sun Box will accept the cancellation and refund the payment to the Customer by crediting the card/bank account used for the purchase, only if the purchased product/products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer. If they have already been handed over to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the terms below.
Exchange of Products After Delivery Due to Defect or Damage
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase due to a defect or damage to the product, they have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer can send an email/message to Sun Box at the email address or by calling +30 2221 041733, requesting the exchange of the product with a similar or different product of their choice, providing a photo proving the defect or damage to the above email address within 48 hours of receipt, in order to be sent a new product as a replacement for the defective one.
If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified via email to proceed with a new payment (for the price difference). The email will contain a link to the payment website of this online store, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details according to the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, then Sun Box will credit the difference to the Customer.
Deadline for Withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the sale within 15 days from the shipment of the product and return it at their own expense to the company. The company is entitled to accept the return of the product only if the packaging has not been violated and is accompanied by the payment receipt. The refund is sent within 10 working days from the receipt of the product by the company. The return can be made either by refunding the money or by issuing a credit by the company.
Terms and Conditions for the Validity of Product Exchange and Return
- Return or Exchange of Entire Product
Both the right of exchange and the right of return of the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concern the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on a part of the product only.
- Condition of Returned Products
The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if the product has been used and will be returned to the Customer at their expense. Only products that are in their original condition, complete and intact, with their original packaging, are accepted. They must not have been opened, tested, or undergone any changes or damage, both the products themselves and their packaging and labels.
- Shipping of Products to Sun Box
The Customer sends an email/message to Sun Box at the email address or by calling +30 2221 041733 requesting the return or exchange of the product.
For each product returned or for which an exchange is requested, the Customer must include the original receipt (retail receipt or invoice) when shipping.
The cost of shipping/transportation of products for return or exchange within or outside Greece is borne by the Customer.
- Conditions for Product Return
If any of the above conditions are not met, Sun Box is entitled to refuse the return or exchange of the product.
