Product Delivery – Document Submission

The products purchased by the Customer are delivered to the address provided during registration as the delivery address and are accompanied by the corresponding documentation. Deliveries are made with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Delivery Within the Greek Territory

Sun Box dispatches products to customers within 1-3 working days from the registration of their order, through the courier company Courier Center. For remote areas, as defined by Courier Center, delivery is made within 1-5 working days.

Delivery may be delayed:

• During periods of high commercial activity.
• Due to adverse weather conditions.
• In case of force majeure.

The cost of product delivery within the Greek territory:

• It is 2.5 euros for purchases under 50 euros and up to 2 kilograms for the entire Greece, with 1 euro for each additional kilogram.
• It is FREE for purchases over 50 euros and up to 2 kilograms. For each additional kilogram, the charge is 1 euro.

Delivery Outside the Greek Territory

In cases of product shipment anywhere outside Greece, the cost is borne by the Customer. For more information, please contact us.
